The Colonies Crossroads

Fast, Effective and worth it!

The Colonies Crossroads is a shopping center in Upland, Ca home to great stores like Kohls, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Nordstrom Rack and a ton of restaurants. The Colonies Crossroads found our marketing agency online and told us their story and need. They were recently hit with COVID-19 and their restaurants were hurting. The owners wanted to find some way to market these businesses and drive sales to keep the doors open.

The Work

We did some digging and came up with the perfect strategy.

Many people were ordering online for home delivery, and that was going to be our target. We came up with a mix of social media, yelp and print media. The trick was this all had to get running within 2 weeks!  We knew this was going to be a challenge collecting permissions and creative for over 14+ restaurants in the Colonies, but we were excited about the possibilities.

We set up strategic timelines and objectives to achieve this and were glad we did!

The Results

We can't share all the details but here are a few highlights

  • Carls Jr. Drive through had a record-breaking number of cars served.

  • $3.30 Cost per lead

  • Average meal order $17.98

  • All participating businesses stayed open and busy

  • $0.52 Cost per click

This campaign was a great challenge for us but we were excited to work with so many National and Local restaurants and help these businesses stay busy during these difficult times
